Our Story
On a Friday morning in Columbia, South Carolina, a 22 year old Roland Dennis sat in attorney Jim Henderson’s office while closing an acquisition for his company Holy City Homes LLC. The transaction involved a home located in Irmo, South Carolina. Being the youngest at the table Dennis left Henderson‘s office inspired and used the momentum to lead Holy City Homes LLC to another closing two weeks later for a property located in North Charleston, South Carolina. Shortly after Dennis took what he learned at Holy City Homes LLC to Atlanta Georgia , he partnered with Murray Investments LLC based in Stone Mountain Georgia. During his time at Murray Investments he lead the company in 5 acquisitions that closed. The acquisitions consisted of properties in Riverdale, Lithonia, Atlanta, Bankhead, & Stone Mountain. Dennis soon after got involved with digital Acquisitions during the height of online sales in 2020, where he has completed thousands of sales and digital transactions. Dennis continues to grow the newly founded Dennis Global Acquisitions.
